Second stay here, loved the clean rooms, awesome pools, and free shuttle to theme parks. Minor inconvenience of distance to lobby and bus stop, but overall, a great family-friendly option for a Universal vacation.

Overall had great stay within a vacation. I had well-organised room with 2 double beds. The pool area was amazing and the location was fab, just off Busch Gardens, the cafeteria and restaurants, and other attractions.

The most enjoyable part of my stay at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort was the range of relax facilities available. From the large swimming pools to the waterslide and tube run, there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. the close proximity to landmarks such as Flight of the Hippogriff and Our Body: The Universe Within provided unique opportunities for family bonding. The resort's retro theme and evening movies added an extra element of fun to our stay. The free shuttle buses to the theme parks were incredibly convenient and made our trip stress-free. My only suggestion for improvement would be to address the maintenance issues around the smaller pool and the interior of the hotel. our experience was positive and memorable.

The place was fairly clean and fully equipped, it had customer-oriented and well organised staff from Check-In to Check-Out. The location was comfortable and easy - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Strong Water Tavern.

The breakfast at affordable varying rates. Funky-style building, well-kept and brand-new rooms with a separate toilet, the view of the car park, microwave. The comfortable location for the price, adjacent to Volcano Bay and bus transportation, and taxis or walking to City Walk for other food options.

The restaurant here was large inside the Lobby And restaurant, we both ordered excellent dishes.

Its location was incredible to sea world. I stayed here for a trip and would come here again.

Fairly clean and unique place with incredibly hospitable staff at the reception desk. Fresh sheets, a sofa, and a new carpet in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Magnificent volcano views, fab food. Marvellous and beautiful location not far from other food outlets, the parks and Disney's attractions and Disney's theme parks, very quick check-in.

Thoroughly enjoyed this classy hotel, and we would stay here again. Reasonably priced place, had a fantastic stay for our family vacation. Distance to the airport was just 25 km.

The room of this place was well laid out and good-sized with an exceptional view of the universal parks. The venue's position was central.

Well, it was a great stay during February vacation. Its location right at a boat dock was great and fab for what I needed.

The building is truly amazing and the rooms are well-organised and good-sized. It's clean with a central location to a different area in the resort.
